I Made A Mistake On My Order. Can I Update or Cancel It?

Please send us an email at with your order information as soon as possible if you need to make any changes to your order or if you need to cancel it.

My product has melted. Is it ruined?

Our products are natural and have no chemical additives or preservatives. Extreme heat will cause it to melt. You may cool it in room temperature or in the refrigerator to solidify it again. You can also blend to whip it back to a similar creamy consistency.

My black soap has a white film growing on it. Is it molded?

Our black soap absorbs water from the air and if you look closely you’ll notice that it’s actually small bubbles forming on the surface of the soap. It doesn’t negatively affect your soap. You can store your soap in a container to prevent the bubbles from forming.

What is the shelf life of your natural skin care products?

We do not use commercial preservatives in our products, therefore this is a very important question. Each product has a different shelf life which is dependent on the natural ingredients used. Our body mousses, deodorant, lip balms, and sugar scrubs should be used within 6-8 months from date of purchase. Our sunscreens and soaps have been proven to last are good for up to a year or longer. Our natural hair care products, sea salt polishes, and soaks are delicate and should be used within 2-3 months.

In order to preserve and extend the fresh quality of these precious products they should be kept away from heat and extreme temperature fluctuations. If you order in bulk, you may consider refrigerating items not being used to extend their shelf life significantly. We do not expect lettuce to last more than a few days. Why would we expect any living product to have an unlimited shelf-life unless it is no longer a living product, in which case it would have an unlimited shelf life and I personally would not want to ingest it or put it on my skin.

What Is Your Shipping Method? How Long Before I Receive My Order?

All of our orders are made by hand and shipped from Nevada via USPS Priority Mail, usually within 5-7 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation, with tracking info, once your order has shipped.

Can I pay in person-to hold a spot for a class, to book a session, to get a custom order?

Due to the nature of the business payments need to be processed before production begins/appointments are booked.

Is Blissful Therapy Cruelty-Free?

We love our animal friends! None of our product are ever tested on animals.

Are all of your products vegan?

95% of Blissful Therapy products are vegan. All but 2 products are vegan. The natural deodorant and our handmade natural lip balm contain beesewax. All other products are completely free of animal products.
